I think I've listened this song of the lonely mountain too much. And I was thinking to illustrate for the masterpiece of Tolkien, I mean the Silmarillion, again. I was in bad mood for this because I've always been curious about the Silmarillion movie but sadly (and unfortunately true) Peter Jackson said ''it's never gonna happen' because that cant be done. The Silmarillion is like encyclopedia.''
But now, my Tolkien side is full of energy and excitement because of this wonderful movie ''The Hobbit: Unexpected Journey'' and of course ''song of the lonely mountain''. And did you see the art book of the film? It is incredible. And thanks to you guys, you always supported me for my Tolkien drawings. Anyway, But I cant decide and I thought if I ask you guys, I can get some help. So what do you say? Should I get back to illustrate some Silmarillion characters and architecture desings or keep going on this new stuff like puppetteer and mass effect or game characters and other? So...as aragorn said ''what say you'' ?

I am so happy that I got my first core membership. I am a deviant since 2006 but I couldn't get any core since then. Now I got my money from selling my drawings and got my core!!! Wanted to share it with you guys. ^^ Yes!

Hey guys, first of all, I just wanted to say thank you all for everything. Just in two days, you all gave me reasons, courage, strength and more. 3 Valar had over 700 views and more, more favourites, just in two days :) (I knooow , its nothing for D.A.'s favourite artists but thats a big step for me :) :) )
and now I'm leaving for one month. But in these days, I will illustrate Valar (hopefully , 6 or 7 of them) and (I know you want this) I will try these drawings with colours. When I finished all Valar, I'll draw Maiar..then Silmarillion special characters and architecture desings (like : fingon ,fingolfin, beren luthien, turin , Menegroth

I am a student at fine arts faculty. My knowledge on concept art and Illustration is enough for getting a piece of work. However, I do not know where I have to look. I need some advice to find a suitable work for me. I will look forward for your recommendations. Thank you.

Bu kuklaci projesini sekillendiricek arkadaslar lazim.Hic bildiginiz varmi o arkadaslardan..Eger yardim etmek isteyen varsa (senaryo olsun cizgi roman olsun ilustrasyon olsun fark etmez)lutfen bana ses etsin çünkü gitgide bu kuklaciya olan ilgim çekilmeye basladi... :S :S eyvah! muzik bile olabilir buarada. :) hah :D

My one and only fandom for decades has been Tolkien, and there simply is not enough art, as far as I am concerned, so I would love it if you produced more Silm art.
(The reason a Silmarillion film couldn't happen, is that the Tolkien Estate owns the copyright, and they are in no mood to let it happen. Christopher Tolkien thinks Peter Jackson 'eviscerated' the Lord of the Rings, and since he produced the Silmarillion after his father's death, he is holding on to that. It's a shame, as some-one could make it spectacularly, although I feel it would be better as a mega-series).
